Coal's Radiosonic session was aired May 20 at 8pm (PST) on CBC Radio...the same day that Coal's drummer Ian Tiles was exchanging vows with his new wife. Congratulations to the happy couple!

"Invisible Man" will be broadcast on the program, Premiere Artists Show on ArtistLaunch.com on Wednesday 5/3/00. The show starts at 9 PM Eastern (0100) GMT).

The songs "Invisible Man" and "Thin Blue Line" have been included on MusicBuilder.com's first Millennia WEB CD compilation. All the CD's are distributed to radio stations across the US. Call in and request COAL at your local station!

COAL has been listed on Canadian Music Library on RadioNippon / CHMB 1320 AM site and people can listen to the show anytime they want there. Down to the wire, COAL was asked to open for the great (and very amicable) indie act LUNA, Thursday March 30 at the Starfish Room in Vancouver. By all accounts it was a super show, and we had a blast playing before such a large and appreciative crowd.

Coal will also be recording in the month of February. On February 21 at CBC radio studio 2 for broadcast on a future Radiosonic session and at Lemonloaf Studio mid-month.

Two songs, "Just Whistle" and "Thin Blue Line" from the second Coal CD "One Track Mind" will be included in an upcoming episode of the new television dramatic series "Higher Ground" airing in March in the US.
